Financial Aid Programs
NYCTCM has been approved by the U.S. Department of Education and the New York State Education Department to administer financial aid programs. Interested students are encouraged to contact NYCTCM's Financial Aid Office as early as possible to determine eligibility and begin the application process. Tuition Payment
Full Tuition Payment Due
I-20 students and students certified for partial VA/GI Bill tuition assistance should pay their full tuition on or before the first day of classes.
Installment Tuition Payment
Starting January 2011, NYCTCM allows qualified students to pay their tuitions in two installments. Students should pay half the tuition before classes begin and the second half by the sixth week of the trimester. Payments received after the due dates are subject to a late fee of $25 plus 1% per month on the total amount due. Students with an account balance are not permitted to take their mid-term exams until the balance is cleared.
Financial Aid Students
Financial aid students are notified when funds are received and credited to their accounts. Each trimester students utilizing financial aid are responsible for confirming/maintaining their financial aid eligibility as well as their account balance including tuition, fees and purchases charged by the school.

Actual tuition amounts will vary according to each student’s specific program and are currently calculated at $280 per credit ($545 per credit for clinic internship credits). These rates are subject to change
